RENTAL POLICIES
Deposits
Rental Deposit
A deposit of $100.00 is due within 7 days of scheduling to secure the reservation. The balance, including
tax, cleaning fees and security deposit, is due 30 days before arrival. Reservations may be cancelled up
to 14 days prior to arrival date and money refunded as follows: 30 day notice, 100%, 14 day notice
50% refunded.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $100.00 is required and is fully refundable within 14 days of departure if additional
housekeeping charges are unnecessary, no damage, no evidence of smoking in unit, no use beyond intention or
exceeding maximum occupancy.
Payments
Checks and money orders are accepted. Please make out to Terry Kyte. Credit cards are accepted through
Pay Pal only. Click button below to pay with Pay Pal.
Keys and Directions
Preliminary materials will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
When full payment is received, keys, additional Moloka'i information, and directions will be given. Please
access transportation, car rental, and events on the
Molokai Visitor Association or
Moloka'i events web pages.
Check In and Out
Check in and out times are dependent on inter-island transportation
schedules, origination point, and previous tenant. Most are very flexible
and can be arranged/determined upon booking.
